Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file, incorrect CVV or wrong zip code. Please be sure to double check this info before proceeding. You can always try using a different type of payment like PayPal.
Please send an email to email@example.com with subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" as soon as you can in order to make a change to shipping address. Most of the orders will be processed and shipped quikcly after you place the order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible.
For in stock items, you cancel as long as it hasn't shipped yet from our fulfillment center.
For print to order items (these state in the description that they're printed to order), these cannot be cancelled once in production because they're already being printed and shipped from the printer durectly.
We ship all orders using the US Postal Service. We ship most in-stock orders the next business day (see When Will My Order Ship for more info). The delivery time frame starts after the package ships. The day of the order does not count towards the delivery time frame.
Delivery Time frames
Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 4-6 days for orders shipping to West Coast, 4-6 days for orders shipping to East Coast. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations.
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 3-4 days. This option offers Saturday delivery to most locations. This is not guarunteed.
Express shipping is 1-2 depending on location but is guarunteed.
Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday will begin shipping on Monday and Tuesday.
Orders with Standard Shipping typically ship within 1-2 business days after being placed(unless otherwise noted in the item description itself). Expedited orders placed before 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped within 24 hours if product is immediately available. All orders placed between 5:00pm CST on Fridays and 11:59pm CST on Sundays will typically be processed on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. *Keep in mind some items such as pre-orders, etc will have it's own designated turnaround time listed in the description*

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive a confirmation email. If you have not yet received the confirmation email, it means it has not shipped yet. Please refer to the question above.
If it's early enough in the day, I highly suggest contacting your local post office first. They are able to provide GPS coordinates for where it was delivered. Most of the time it's to a neighbor or adjacent mailbox. If it's too late, you can also check with neighbors. Sometimes, they've even marked it delivered early and it shows up the next day.
Domestic: Try calling your local PO for more info. If they are no help, shoot us an email with your order # and tracking # and we will do our best to find answers.
Intl: If your country allows tracking (you would have chosen that option at checkout) then you should be able to look it up on your post site and see more tracking info. If your country doesn't allow tracking, then unfortunately it's a waiting game. International orders are a thing of their own. Sometimes there are customs issues and/or it's stuck somewhere awaiting duties payments (which are the buyers responsibility). You can check with your local post for more information they can hopefully provide.
This will happen. The rate at which it happens, varies from person to person. We cannot seal the lettering because it will dull the bangle as a whole. Bangles tend to last longer but it all varies person to person. Rings can lose letter pretty fast because of their constant contact with your skin, chemicals, etc. Basically whatever you touch, they touch.
We do not refund or process returns for worn items that have lost the black lettering. It is a normal part of wear.
We DO NOT BELONG IN THE FUCKING DISHWASHER. This can cause the printing and/or coating to break down. It will warp or melt the bottles. Also, NO HOT WATER on plastic bottles. If damage is a result of this, this is not refundable.

Clean your cups with bleach or chlorine
Put your stainless cups in the dishwasher, microwave, stove or freezer as these can disable the insulation properties
Of course! Metal Marvels happily accepts unworn/unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit, less shipping costs (with a few exceptions including drinkware and graphic tees). However, we cannot accept returns for international orders, items direct from the printer, items we no longer carry or those meeting the requirements below. (see next section for questions about Graphic Tee returns)
Short answer is, yes only if the bag is unopened (and thus the shirt is unworn). We will only accept returns/exchanges for tees that have not been removed from the bag. There will be a seal on the bag and if that seal sticker is broken, it will not be valid. For the initial shipment without a sticker, if the bag is open, we will not accept them as a return. The exception to this is tees/sweatshirts/etc that come directly from the printer. Those are unable to be returned at all.
Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept returns or exchanges if this seal is broken. I know, it sucks, but there's shit like pet hair, perfume, smoke, allergens, etc. that can stick onto the shirt like herpes, and then we can't resell them. No one wants your dog's hair, no matter how adorable the dog may be. So if this sticker is broken, we cannot return or exchange the item. If this seal is intact, you've got 30 days to email us to start the return process.
Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the item and its use we cannot know for sure whether you used it or not, washed it etc. So we are unable to return them for health and sanitary reasons. Please follow our care instructions (as seen on any dirnkware product page to keep your item in good condition for as long as possible).
Unfortunately, no. All ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE, DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION (i.e., Black Friday/Cyber Monday including but not limited to Free Shipping), WITH DISCOUNT CODES OR ALL ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless MetalMarvelsStore.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
Please postmark your package within 30 days of the date your order was received.

Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs, taxes and duties imposed on your order. By rules of the USPS we are unable to have you pre-pay customs duties. This means that when the order arrives in your country, you may be assessed duties as well as fees for paying them. Please be advised that you are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties and any other charges that may be imposed.
Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Metal Marvels. You must pay the full amount to reship the items.
Your refused/undeliverable package is subject to a 15% restocking fee at our descretion.

USPS First Class: Starts at $10. It may take 7-25 business days from ship date. However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered. Pricing will adjust depending on items in cart.
International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier. You will receive an "it's Shipped" email containing a tracking link only valid in the US.
