I ordered a heart "myself" necklace and received a defective product. I dm'd the company on Instagram and emailed, and received a replacement very quickly. My only complaint is the clasp location. Rather than being on the right side as it is usually on most necklaces, the lobster clasp is located on the left side. This would not usually be an issue as I would just re-thread the chain, but I am unable to separate the heart from the chain.

I ave no other complaints!
